Real Estate investing has many unique aspects and can be hard for some to understand. We are going to try and give a brief and general overview here and how to help you find success and knowledge within. Also within or investing and financial literacy courses and some of our resources you can find ways for even more knowledge.
Physical Real Estate is investing in homes, land, commercial and industrial property. Here you hold the deed and the ownership and maintenance is your responsibility. There are many ways to invest in physical property like buying foreclosures and tax liens, or buying to fix and flip, or using a property to rent or lease.
Digital Real Estate is when you buy domains that will be popular and lease them to companies wanting to use them or resell them to these companies. Another form is through apps like Atlas Earth where you can be paid on virtual rent on what would be considered real property and here you do not even own the actual deed or have any real maintenance requirements and many times you can build your profit and property base slowly and without spending any money or you can speed the process along and get paid faster.
